On Friday, October 17, 2025, Tim Timmermann successfully completed his doctoral process. The final phase began with his doctoral presentation on “Characterization of Fatigue Damage in Concrete Using Acoustic Emission Analysis.” Following a convincing presentation and an intensive one-hour examination, the chair of the committee announced the happy news: Tim Timmermann passed his doctoral examination successfully.
The doctoral committee consisted of Prof. Ludger Lohaus (LUH), Prof. Steffen Anders (Bergische Universität Wuppertal), Prof. Nabil Fouad (LUH), Prof. Elyas Ghafoori (LUH), and reviewer Dr.-Ing. Nadja Oneschkow (LUH).
